Job Title: OEE SME/Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Consultant to join our team. The OEE SME/Consultant will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance in optimizing manufacturing processes to improve overall equipment effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improving OEE
- Develop and implement strategies to increase equipment efficiency and reduce downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Train and mentor employees on best practices for maximizing OEE
- Monitor and track performance metrics to measure the success of OEE improvement initiatives
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to OEE and manufacturing efficiency
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on OEE improvement
- Proven track record of implementing successful OEE improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
- Proficiency in OEE software tools and systems
