Job Title: Palantir Tech Lead
Job Summary:
As a Palantir Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and engineers in the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Palantir software solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical expertise to enhance their operational efficiency and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Lead a team of analysts and engineers in the implementation of Palantir software solutions.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide technical solutions.
3. Deploy and configure Palantir software to meet client needs.
4. Optimize Palantir software solutions for maximum efficiency and performance.
5. Train and mentor team members on Palantir best practices and technologies.
6. Stay current on Palantir updates and new features to provide expert guidance to clients.
7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Palantir software implementations.
8. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all Palantir deployments.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in software development, data analysis, or technical consulting.
3. Proven experience with Palantir software solutions, including Palantir Gotham and Palantir Foundry.
4. Strong leadership and project management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
8. Palantir certification is a plus.
