Job Title: SAP Concur Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Concur Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Concur solutions to improve our clients' business processes. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions to enhance their travel and expense management systems.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Implement and configure SAP Concur solutions based on clients' requirements
- Provide training and support to clients on how to use the SAP Concur platform effectively
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Concur functionality
- Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP Concur implementation and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP Concur solutions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field
- Previous experience implementing SAP Concur solutions
- Strong understanding of travel and expense management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- SAP Concur certification is a plus
