Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Archer Engineer to join our team and support our organization's Archer GRC platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Archer platform to meet business requirements and ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Develop and implement solutions within the Archer platform to support risk management, compliance, and other business processes.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new functionalities and enhancements.
3. Design and customize Archer applications, workflows, and reports to meet specific business needs.
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Archer platform issues.
5. Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patches to ensure system stability.
6. Document processes, procedures, and best practices for Archer platform usage.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Archer GRC technology.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of the Archer GRC platform and its functionalities.
3. Experience in designing and implementing Archer solutions for risk management and compliance.
4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, or XML.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
