Job Summary:
The SAP Sales & Distribution Specialist will be responsible for managing the sales process within SAP systems, ensuring efficient order processing, and maximizing revenue for the organization. This role will collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage the sales process within SAP systems, including order management, pricing, and delivery
- Collaborate with sales team to develop sales strategies and ensure targets are met
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless flow of information and products
- Provide training and support to end users on SAP SD functionalities
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve overall efficiency
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to sales and distribution
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution module
- Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
- SAP certification in Sales & Distribution is a plus
