Job Title: Guidewire Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Guidewire Developer to join our team and help us develop and maintain Guidewire applications. As a Guidewire Developer, you will be responsible for customizing and implementing Guidewire software to meet the specific needs of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Guidewire platform and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design and develop Guidewire applications based on business requirements
- Customize and configure Guidewire software modules
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Guidewire applications
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Guidewire technologies and trends
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Guidewire development
- Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter
- Strong programming skills in Java or Gosu
- Experience with Guidewire integration tools and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
