Job Title: Network Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Network Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and coordination of network projects for our organization. The Network Project Manager will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring that project objectives are met and that stakeholders are kept informed of progress and potential issues.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and manage project plans for network projects, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure that project requirements are understood and executed effectively
- Monitor project progress and identify and address potential risks or issues that may arise
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and provide regular reports on project performance
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Proven experience managing network projects from inception to completion
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and track project progress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of network technologies and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing and switching
- PMP certification is a plus
