Job Title: Cloud HCM Technical Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Cloud HCM Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and will be responsible for leading technical design and implementation efforts within our organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead the technical implementation of cloud-based HCM systems, including configuration, integration, and customization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in cloud HCM technology
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities
- Support end users with system training and support as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience working with cloud-based HCM systems, such as Oracle Cloud HCM or Workday
- Strong knowledge of HCM processes, data structures, and integrations
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and web services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications, such as Oracle Cloud HCM certification, are a plus
