Job Title: Oracle CPQ Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle CPQ Specialist to join our team and assist in the configuration, pricing, and quoting processes for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud and possess a strong understanding of sales processes and product configurations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work closely with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide accurate configurations and pricing
- Configure Oracle CPQ Cloud to meet individual customer needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors within the CPQ system
- Train and support sales team on using the CPQ system effectively
- Collaborate with IT team to implement system enhancements and updates
- Document and maintain system configurations and processes
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience working with Oracle CPQ Cloud
- Strong knowledge of pricing and quoting processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
