Job title: HCM Integration Architect

Job Summary:

The HCM Integration Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrated solutions for Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. This role requires expertise in integrating various modules within an HCM system to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Design and develop integration solutions for HCM systems, including Payroll, Employee Benefits, Talent Management, and Time & Attendance modules

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope

- Configure and customize HCM applications to meet specific business needs

- Test and deploy integration solutions in a production environment

- Provide training and support to end-users on new HCM system features

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HCM integration

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in HCM system integration

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby

- Strong understanding of API integration and data mapping

- Experience working with cloud-based HCM platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
