Job title: PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant
Job Summary:
We are searching for a skilled PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and functional knowledge to effectively support our PeopleSoft system.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
2. Develop customizations, configurations, and integrations within the PeopleSoft environment.
3. Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing for PeopleSoft applications.
4. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications and related systems.
5. Stay current on PeopleSoft technology updates and best practices to recommend and implement system enhancements.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful PeopleSoft implementation and integration projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft Techno-Functional role.
3. Strong technical skills in PeopleTools, SQR, SQL, and Application Designer.
4. Experience with PeopleSoft modules such as HR, Payroll, Finance, and Supply Chain Management.
5. Ability to analyze business processes and recommend solutions in PeopleSoft.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
