Job Title: Pega Developer (Lead System Architect)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Pega Developer (Lead System Architect) to join our team and lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Pega technologies and best practices, as well as a proven track record of successfully delivering complex Pega projects.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design and develop Pega applications based on business requirements and best practices
- Lead a team of developers and architects in the implementation of Pega solutions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Pega architecture and design
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to Pega best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Pega applications
- Stay current on Pega technologies and best practices to continuously improve the development process
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Pega Lead System Architect certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega development and architecture
- Strong understanding of Pega technologies, including Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC), Pega Smart Claims Engine, and Pega Customer Decision Hub
- Experience leading a team of developers and architects in the implementation of Pega solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
