Job Title: Lead TIBCO BW Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Lead TIBCO BW Developer to join our team and take charge of designing, developing, and implementing complex applications using TIBCO BusinessWorks. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of TIBCO BW projects.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Lead a team of TIBCO BW developers in designing and developing solutions that meet business requirements.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for TIBCO BW projects.
3. Design and develop complex TIBCO BusinessWorks applications and integrations.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within TIBCO BW applications.
5. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support.
6. Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices in TIBCO BW development.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in TIBCO BW development.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in TIBCO BW development.
3. Proven experience leading a team of developers.
4. Strong knowledge of TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO ActiveMatrix.
5. Experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, and SOAP/REST web services.
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
