Job Title: Anaplan Development Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Development Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Anaplan platform development and support, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The Anaplan Development Support Specialist will work closely with our Anaplan development team to ensure the smooth functioning of our Anaplan models and processes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Anaplan models and processes
- Work closely with the Anaplan development team to identify and resolve issues
- Develop and maintain documentation for Anaplan models and processes
- Train end users on how to use and troubleshoot Anaplan models
- Help identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in Anaplan
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Anaplan development and support
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification is a plus
