Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Anaplan Service Monitoring Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our Anaplan platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in monitoring and troubleshooting Anaplan services to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Monitor Anaplan services and performance metrics to identify and resolve potential issues.
2. Respond to alerts and notifications in a timely manner to prevent service disruptions.
3. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Anaplan.
4. Perform regular system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure the stability and reliability of the Anaplan platform.
5. Develop and implement monitoring tools and processes to improve service efficiency.
6. Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes for reference and future troubleshooting.
7. Stay up-to-date on Anaplan technology and best practices to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience working with Anaplan or other cloud-based planning software.
3. Strong knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques for service performance management.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Certification in Anaplan or related technology is a plus.
