Job title: ALIP Configuration and Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ALIP Configuration and Support Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to configure and support the ALIP (Automated Life Insurance Platform) system, ensuring optimal performance and usability for our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Configure and maintain the ALIP system based on client requirements

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ALIP users

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades

- Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality

- Train users on best practices for utilizing the ALIP system

- Document system configurations and changes for future reference

- Stay current on industry trends and best practices for ALIP configuration and support

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Proven experience working with ALIP or similar life insurance platforms

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and practices
