Job Title: Pharma Domain Desktop Support Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in the Pharma domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end users in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide technical support to end users through phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software
- Monitor and maintain desktop security protocols
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve technical issues
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records
- Train end users on new hardware and software applications
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in desktop support within the Pharma domain
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and software applications
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
