Job Title: Windows L3 Admin
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Windows L3 Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the Windows Server infrastructure, ensuring the availability and performance of the systems, and resolving complex technical issues.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage and administer Windows Server environment, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Provide level 3 support for Windows Server issues and troubleshoot system problems to resolution.
- Monitor system performance and ensure system stability and availability.
- Implement security measures to protect server infrastructure from potential threats.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to plan and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Document system configurations and processes for future reference.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in Windows Server administration.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA) preferred.
