• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree required
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work across departments and subsidiaries to develop project timelines and deliverables
• Ability to remain levelheaded, calm, and solution-oriented while working under extreme timeframes and pressure
• Strong creative problem-solving skills with the ability to provide customer-focused, strategic, and profitable alternatives for customer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Confidence to communicate with senior management and escalate critical situations effectively
• Experience working in change-control–oriented environments
• Solid knowledge of testing strategies and defining acceptance criteria
• Identify in-service wire centers and legacy ATT 9-1-1 services
• Map copper-based connections and CAMA trunks to Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs)
• Perform inventory and assessment of existing PSAP services and physical plant
• Assess nearest fiber services and evaluate cost, schedule, and engineering impacts
• Plan and manage service transitions to ESInet or IP-based legacy 9-1-1 services
• Develop wire center transformation, decommissioning assessments, and remediation packages
• Review and approve remediation packages and communicate timelines to PSAPs
• Assist customer Public Safety Program Manager with project planning and initiation
• Coordinate resources and activities across internal and external stakeholders
• Manage cost, schedule, scope, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain stakeholder communications and prepare project updates and reporting
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with customer standards
• Oversee implementation and transition from copper- to fiber-based connections
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and support project closure and evaluation
