Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Genesys Developer to design, develop, customize, and support contact center solutions using the Genesys platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud or Genesys Engage, along with solid integration, scripting, and troubleshooting skills to deliver high-quality customer engagement solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage
- Hands-on experience with:
- Genesys Architect / Composer
- IVR and call routing strategies
- Outbound and inbound call flows
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, and integrations
- Good understanding of SIP, VoIP, and contact center technologies
- Experience with SQL / databases
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Genesys certifications (GCP, GCE, or equivalent)
- Experience with Omnichannel solutions (chat, email, messaging, social)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines
- Prior experience in large-scale enterprise contact centers
