Job Title: Pega PRPC Developer

Location: Toronto, ON – Onsite

6-12 Months Contract

 

Experience: 6+ Years
Skills: Pega PRPC, JavaScript, CTI Integration

 

Required & Essential Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC application development
  • 6+ years of experience with deep mastery of Pega development standards and guardrails
  • Pega-recommended education or certification up to Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) level
  • Solid understanding of Application Development Lifecycle, including:
    • Release management
    • Branching strategies
    • Code migration and deployments
  • Experience with job schedulers such as Control-M
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript for UI and client-side customization
  • Proven experience in designing, architecting, and delivering Pega-based solutions across multiple projects
  • Ability to implement technically complex workflows, rules, and data models within Pega

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Pega PRPC applications and interfaces
  • Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, best practices, and architectural standards
  • Update and maintain technical documentation, policies, and development guidelines
  • Train and mentor team members on Pega best practices and critical success factors
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production-level issues, performing root cause analysis and providing evidence-based solutions
  • Configure and integrate Pega web applications with Avaya/Genesys telecom solutions using PegaCall CTI to implement screen-pop functionality for call center environments
  • Deliver innovative and scalable solutions to complex business requirements
  • Actively participate and take leadership roles on project teams, serving as Developer, Technical Lead, or Project Manager as needed
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and leadership through:
    • Technical walkthroughs
    • Project status updates
    • Clear and concise documentation
  • Lead the design, development, and support of Pega PRPC applications in collaboration with business partners
  • Drive new feature development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide technical leadership in the selection of tools, technologies, and architectural designs to support platform evolution

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in call center platforms or telecom integrations
  • Prior experience in large-scale enterprise environments
  • Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
