Job Title : MES Program Manager

Job Summary

The MES Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) programs across multiple sites or projects. This role ensures alignment between business objectives, manufacturing operations, IT, and automation teams while delivering MES solutions on time, within scope, and on budget.

The role requires strong program management skills, deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and hands-on experience with MES platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MES program delivery, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Manage multiple MES projects across plants, regions, or business units
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Track risks, dependencies, and issues; implement mitigation plans
• Ensure adherence to program governance, standards, and best practices
• Act as the primary interface between manufacturing, IT, automation, quality, and business leadership
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align on future-state processes
• Communicate program status, milestones, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
