Title : Tecsys WMS Tester

Location : Dublin OH

Job Summary

The Tecsys WMS Tester is responsible for validating, testing, and ensuring the quality of Tecsys Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations and enhancements. The role focuses on functional, integration, and regression testing across warehouse operations to ensure system reliability, accuracy, and performance before production release.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements related to Tecsys WMS modules
• Perform functional, system integration, regression, and UAT support testing
• Validate RF/handheld device workflows and barcode scanning processes
• Test WMS integrations with ERP, TMS, automation, and third-party systems

• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect tracking tools
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and solution architects to resolve issues
• Validate bug fixes and enhancements before release

• Prepare test plans, test cases, test scripts, and execution reports
• Maintain test evidence and ensure traceability to requirements
• Provide clear status updates on testing progress, risks, and blockers

• Participate in requirement reviews and design walkthroughs
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business and warehouse users
• Assist during cutover, go-live, and post-production support phases
