Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Veeva RIM Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Veeva Regulatory Information Management (RIM) solutions. The consultant will work closely with regulatory, quality, and IT teams to ensure compliant and efficient management of regulatory data and submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support Veeva RIM modules including RIM Submissions, Registrations, Publishing, and Dossiers
• Gather and analyze regulatory business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Support global regulatory submissions and lifecycle management activities
• Configure workflows, metadata, data models, and reports within Veeva Vault RIM
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, ICH)
• Provide system validation support, including documentation and testing
• Troubleshoot issues, perform enhancements, and support system upgrades
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide user training and guidance

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs systems with strong Veeva RIM expertise
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM (Submissions, Registrations, Publishing)
• Strong understanding of global regulatory processes and submission standards
• Experience with system configuration, integrations, and validation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, contract environment
