Job Description

Role: ServiceNow Form SR Developer

Location: Dallas, TX

The ServiceNow Form DR Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Service Request forms and workflows to improve user experience and service delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and configure ServiceNow Service Request (SR) forms and catalog items
Develop client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and catalog scripts
Customize form layouts, variables, and validations
Integrate forms with workflows and Flow Designer
Troubleshoot and support form-related issues

Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in ServiceNow Service Catalog and Request Management
Hands-on knowledge of form customization and scripting
Experience with JavaScript, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
Familiarity with ITSM processes
