Role: Genesys CX Developer

Contract

We are looking for a skilled Genesys CX Developer to design, develop, and support customer experience solutions using the Genesys platform.

The candidate will work on building scalable contact center and omnichannel solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions on the Genesys CX platform
  • Build and customize IVR, call flows, routing strategies, and omnichannel solutions
  • Integrate Genesys with CRM and third-party systems using APIs
  • Troubleshoot, support, and optimize Genesys contact center solutions
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality CX solutions

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Genesys CX / Genesys Cloud
  • Experience in IVR development, call routing, and omnichannel implementations
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and contact center technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
