Job Title: Maximo Functional Consultant

Location : Jersey City, New jersey

Duration: 6-12 Months

Job Summary

The Maximo Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions. The role involves gathering business requirements, translating them into functional designs, configuring Maximo modules, and ensuring solutions align with client business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Configure and customize IBM Maximo modules (Asset, Work Order, PM, Inventory, Purchasing, etc.)
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs
• Support Maximo implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
• Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT) and support user acceptance testing
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support
• Work closely with technical consultants on integrations, reports, and workflows
• Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements
• Ensure compliance with best practices and Maximo standards
