Job Description:
We are looking for a Scrum Master with hands-on experience in Agile SCRUM environments to support software development and quality initiatives. The candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support in-house tool development, and ensure adherence to Quality Management and Software Process standards.

Key Skills & Experience:

Experience in building and/or maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Strong exposure to Agile SCRUM methodology in in-house tool development
Background in software development and/or software testing
Experience in Software Process Quality Assurance (SPQA)
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement
