Release Management Perform Salesforce release activities such as Release planning Define the scope, objectives, and timelines for releases
Prioritization Prioritize features based on business needs Configuring releases
Ensure releases are configured to meet business needs Risk management Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies Quality assurance
Perform testing activities such as functional, regression, performance, and security testing
Installation Install the software on target environments Configuration Set up, configure and perform the manual steps
Process improvement Initiate process improvements as needed Reporting Report on process effectiveness to senior management
