Job Description

Provides Configurable Network Computing CNC expertise in troubleshooting EnterpriseOne problems
Coordinate tasks related to JDE CNC, including package builds, deployments, security, and configuration
Install and manage EnterpriseOne Service Packs, Tools Releases, ESUs, ASUs and other fixes as appropriate.
Monitor and track system performance, resolves performance problems, and performs performance tuning to optimize application processing
Implements standard security policies and procedures to ensure the standard Enterprise One application security is in place.
Monitor and manage the EnterpriseOne system backups/restores requirements
Keep current and up to date with application architecture, ESU and service pack releases, functionality, and other CNC components.

Provide complete and timely support for end users.
