Job Title: SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer

Role Summary

Seeking a SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer with 4–6+ years of experience to support and maintain SailPoint IIQ operations, integrations, and identity governance processes in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Administer and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) environment

·         Handle identity provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, and certifications

·         Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy

·         Manage integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications

·         Support compliance activities (SOX, GDPR) and audit reporting

·         Develop and maintain workflows, rules, and automation within SailPoint IIQ

·         Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and application teams

Required Skills

·         4–6+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience

·         Strong IAM and RBAC knowledge

·         Experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with:

o    Active Directory / LDAP

o    Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

o    Enterprise apps (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)

Nice to Have

·         Cloud identity governance experience

·         Familiarity with PAM solutions

·         Exposure to DevOps / CI/CD for IAM
