Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Developer / Engineer (AWS Cloud Architect) to lead the end-to-end cloud architecture and implementation lifecycle. This role is responsible for translating complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, automation, DevOps, and enterprise-scale cloud migrations, with the ability to collaborate closely with business, engineering, and operations teams. Experience with multi-cloud strategy and governance is highly desirable.

Cloud Architecture & Strategy

·         Design secure, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud architectures on AWS

·         Define multi-account AWS strategies aligned with governance and compliance standards

·         Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend adoption strategies

·         Design and implement IAM frameworks using least-privilege principles

·         Establish layered security controls across infrastructure and applications

·         Enforce governance, compliance, and cost controls across cloud environments

·         Lead Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform

·         Design and implement CI/CD pipelines aligned with DevOps best practices

·         Enable automated, repeatable, and reliable cloud deployments

·         Guide engineering teams on cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerization

·         Improve application scalability, resilience, and availability

Required Qualifications

·         15+ years of software engineering experience with high-impact product delivery

·         5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing complex AWS cloud architectures

·         Compute & Containers: EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, Fargate

·         Storage: S3, EBS, Storage Gateway

·         Advanced expertise with: RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, Redshift

·         Deep experience with: VPC design, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route 53 IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, WAF, Shield, GuardDuty, Security Hub

·         Advanced Terraform expertise for AWS infrastructure automation

·         Proven experience with: CloudWatch, X-Ray, CloudTrail

·         Demonstrated ability to optimize cloud spend using: Cost Explorer, Budgets, Savings Plans
