Role- Audio Video Technician
Location: Marlborough, MA – ONSITE / LOCALS ONLY
Contract
Checking all conference rooms on a regular basis
· Test all aspects of rooms equipment
· Hardware power status confirmation
· Battery levels on items like remotes
Confirm correct functionality of all audio and video features
· Troubleshooting technical issues
· Work with vendors as needed to resolve issues
Ensure rooms are in good looking order
· Work with facilities to remedy any physical needs of the space
· Utilize monitoring solutions to quickly identify and respond to issues
· Assist users with immediate room issue or needs
· Troubleshoot active problems in person
· Work with vendors as needed to resolve issues
AV Training
· Hold regular training sessions with the site
· Usage of the equipment
· Best practices
General AV support questions
· Track and respond to ServiceNow work request
· Work with the greater AV group on implementing changes to the AV environment at your local sit
· Point person for all AV needs your site has
· Special Projects; work with other team members or manager on AV oriented projects
