Role-Business Solution analyst

Location- Santa Clara CA (Onsite)

Core Responsibilities:

·         The main goal is to improve legal operations and processes through technology.

 

Key duties often include:

·         Liaison & Translation: Acting as the primary bridge between the legal department (l legal ops) and the IT department or technology vendors.

·         Requirements Gathering: Eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements for new legal technology or for updates to existing systems.

·         Process Improvement: Experience with CLM and exposure to salesforce will be a big plus

·         Project Management: Managing or supporting the full lifecycle of legal IT projects, including testing (UAT), training, and implementation.

·         Data Analysis: Creating reports and dashboards (Tableau experience) will be a plus

·         System Support: Often serving as a subject matter expert for key legal applications, such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
