We are seeking a skilled Tecsys Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in warehouse and supply chain operations and hands-on expertise in Tecsys Elite. The consultant will bridge business requirements and technical solutions, supporting configuration, integration, and troubleshooting activities.
Analyze and support supply chain and warehouse processes including receiving, picking, replenishment, shipping, and cycle counting
Translate business requirements into Tecsys Elite system configurations
Configure and support Tecsys Elite WMS modules
Perform data analysis and troubleshooting using SQL queries
Support system integrations using APIs and middleware
Understand and work with system architecture and workflow logic
Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors
Support testing, deployment, and production issues
Create and maintain functional and technical documentation
Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse management processes
Hands-on experience with warehouse or distribution operations
Proven ability to translate business needs into system solutions
Hands-on experience with Tecsys Elite configuration
Working knowledge of SQL for data queries and troubleshooting
Familiarity with APIs and integration middleware
Understanding of system architecture and workflow logic
Experience with WMS implementations or enhancements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
