Role Title: SharePoint / Content Transfer Analyst



📌 Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SharePoint / Content Transfer Analyst to support large-scale content migration, project governance, and stakeholder collaboration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with healthcare portfolios, cross-functional teams, and complex IT environments, with a focus on planning, documentation, and execution.


🧾 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage integrated project plans for content transfer and SharePoint initiatives

  • Lead and support healthcare portfolio projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

  • Assist clients in executing strategies across technology, process, and organizational change

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (charters, plans, reports, governance artifacts)

  • Collaborate directly with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and drive execution

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand detailed business and technical requirements

  • Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with senior leadership

  • Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, standards, and best practices

  • Support content migration, content governance, and information management initiatives within SharePoint


🎓 Must-Have Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience developing and managing integrated project plans

  • 5+ years of experience leading healthcare portfolio initiatives

  • 5+ years of experience assisting clients with strategy execution involving technology and process transformation

  • 8+ years of experience developing project documentation for diverse initiatives

  • 8+ years of experience collaborating directly with stakeholders and external partners

  • 8+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze detailed requirements

  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

  • 8+ years of experience in project governance


⭐ Nice-to-Have Experience

  • 3+ years of experience with data integration between clinical applications

  • 5+ years of experience serving as a Change Manager on large, complex custom software implementations

  • 5+ years of experience in the analysis, development, and integration of complex IT systems

  • 5+ years of experience translating complex business questions into actionable solutions


🧠 Skills & Competencies

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Excellent documentation and analytical abilities

  • Experience operating in complex, regulated environments (healthcare preferred)

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with minimal oversight

  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
