Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP, combined with strong leadership, communication, and architectural governance skills.
The architect will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust solution architectures, guide multi-cloud integrations, ensure compliance with enterprise standards, and drive high-quality project execution.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· 10–15 years of overall IT experience, including 8–10 years in Solution Architecture.
· 5+ years of dedicated experience in Salesforce Architecture.
· Proven hands-on experience with:
o Data modeling & data migration
o Multi-cloud Salesforce integrations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
o Salesforce CDP/Data Cloud
· Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies:
o APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Force.com
· Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and ability to guide technical delivery teams.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Top Technical Must-Haves
1. Experience driving continuous improvement, design standardization, and architectural best practices.
2. Ability to assess feasibility, complexity, and scope for new capabilities and solutions.
3. Experience collaborating with architecture, engineering, and infrastructure teams to ensure consistent design and integration.
4. Hands-on expertise with Salesforce multi-cloud integration and environment management.
5. Deep understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP and Marketing Cloud architecture.
Certifications (Highly Preferred)
· Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and CDP/Data Cloud Certifications
· Salesforce Solution Architect Certification (Any Cloud)
· Additional Salesforce domain certifications are a plus
