ole: Mendix/Tulip Application Developer

Location: Raleigh, NC

Job Responsibilities

Tulip Applications

Design, develop, test, and deploy Tulip applications for manufacturing and operational workflows.
Configure connectors, triggers, UI components, and shop-floor integrations within Tulip.
Partner with process engineers and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Tulip workflows.

Mendix Applications

Design, document, and build Mendix low-code applications.
Create domain models, microflows, pages, and integrations following Mendix best practices.
Ensure proper documentation for architecture, design decisions, and technical flows.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work across functional teams for interface development, data flow design, and system integration support.
Coordinate with IT, QA, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to maintain alignment on requirements.

Project & Status Management

Assist in or lead project status meetings to highlight progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency in timelines and deliverables.
Proactively identify and help mitigate issues impacting app performance or deployment.

General Responsibilities

Ensure applications meet business needs, performance expectations, and compliance standards.
Support testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment activities.
