Role Description

A skilled AI–UX Engineer needed to support and scale internal Generative AI platforms.
Role requires strong understanding of front-end development, user-centered design, and Agentic AI architecture.
Candidate will design UX for Multi-Agent Orchestration Systems and build UI components interacting with the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Job Responsibilities

Front-End & UI Development

Build and architect user interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Create high-performance, responsive dashboards for AI agents.

MCP Integration

Develop front-end components integrating with MCP for secure and context-aware interaction with enterprise systems.

Multi-Agent UX

Design user controls like autonomy sliders, auditing tools, and workflow visualizations that help manage Multi-Agent systems.

Accessibility & Design Systems

Maintain scalable design systems aligned with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
Ensure all AI interfaces meet high-quality design expectations.

User Validation & Testing

Run usability testing, A/B tests, and telemetry analysis.
Improve UX flow using user data and feedback.

Collaboration

Work closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Product Managers to convert business challenges into practical AI–UX solutions.

Deployment (Preferred)

Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
