Role: Harness Engineer (DevOps)
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6 Months

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 7+ years of experience and strong expertise in the Harness CI/CD platform to support production environments, pipeline governance, automation, and compliance-driven delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and optimize Harness CI/CD pipelines for production workloads
· Implement and enforce pipeline governance, quality gates, and deployment standards
· Provide production support for CI/CD systems and releases
· Ensure compliance with SOX / ITGC audit requirements
· Collaborate with security, audit, and development teams to maintain compliant and secure DevOps practices
· Develop automation using scripting (Python, Shell, Groovy, YAML)
· Troubleshoot CI/CD failures and improve reliability & observability
Required Skills
· Expert-level experience with Harness (Workflows, Pipelines, Services, Governance, Templates)
· Strong DevOps background: CI/CD, Git, GitOps, artifact management
· Knowledge of SOX, ITGC, and audit controls
· Scripting experience: Python / Shell / Groovy / YAML
· Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
· Monitoring & logging tools (Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
