Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Hyperion Consultant to support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion applications and a solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support Oracle Hyperion EPM applications including Planning, Essbase, HFM, FDMEE, and Financial Reporting.
Gather and analyze business requirements related to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and close processes.
Configure and maintain Hyperion Planning models, business rules, and calculation scripts.
Develop and optimize Essbase cubes, outlines, and calculation logic.
Manage data integrations using FDMEE, ODI, or other ETL tools.
Create and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and Smart View templates.
Perform system upgrades, patches, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals.
Provide production support, issue resolution, and end-user training.
Document technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with Oracle Hyperion / Oracle EPM Cloud or On-Prem.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Hyperion Planning
Essbase
HFM
FDMEE
Financial Reporting / Smart View
Strong understanding of financial processes (FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, close & consolidation).
Experience with SQL, scripting, and data integrations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
