Job Description

Role: SailPoint IIQ Consultant

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
Configure and customize SailPoint components including workflows, rules, forms, and connectors.
Perform provisioning, role management, certifications, and lifecycle management activities.
Integrate SailPoint IIQ with various enterprise applications (LDAP, AD, HR systems, cloud apps).
Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and create technical design documents.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in identity governance processes.
Support upgrade, migration, and enhancement activities for SailPoint IIQ.

Required Skills:

10 years of experience in IAM, with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Hands-on experience with Java, Beanshell, PowerShell, and scripting for customizations.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, SailPoint connectors, and integration frameworks.
Understanding of RBAC/ABAC models, identity lifecycle, and certification campaigns.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
