Position Summary
We are seeking a GenAI Engineer to drive end-to-end AI solution development across enterprise initiatives. This role will operationalize GenAI models, optimize data pipelines, and partner with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable, production-grade AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy GenAI models using LLMs, vector databases, and modern AI frameworks.
• Develop RAG pipelines, prompt engineering strategies, and fine-tuning workflows.
• Operationalize AI solutions leveraging Azure/OpenAI/AWS Bedrock or similar platforms.
• Integrate GenAI services into enterprise applications using APIs, microservices, and cloud-native tooling.
• Drive experimentation, POCs, and model evaluations to accelerate adoption.
• Establish governance, model monitoring, and performance optimization practices.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver high-impact use cases.

Must-Have Skills

• 5–8+ years in software engineering or data engineering, with direct GenAI/LLM experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex, embeddings, vector search, and transformers.
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, fine-tuning, and multi-modal models.
• Cloud experience (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).
• Proven ability to scale AI solutions in production environments.
• Solid grasp of CI/CD, GitOps, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with MLOps platforms (MLflow, SageMaker, Azure ML).
• Background in NLP, machine learning, or deep learning research.
• Knowledge of API security, compliance, and enterprise data governance.
