Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) and a solid testing/QA background. The role involves leading large-scale utility transformation programs, managing end-to-end delivery, and ensuring quality across CC&B implementations and upgrades. Candidate should have deep understanding of utility customer operations, billing, meter-to-cash processes, and system integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage CC&B programs across planning, execution, delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Oversee functional and technical teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Drive test strategy, UAT planning, defect management, and overall program quality.
• Coordinate with utility business teams on customer service, billing, and M2C processes.
• Manage risks, timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and utility industry standards.

Requirements:

• 15+ years in utility domain with strong CC&B functional expertise.
• Proven program/project management experience in large enterprise implementations.
• Strong knowledge of billing, customer care, payments, meter management, and CIS workflows.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks, UAT cycles, and QA governance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
