Role Overview

We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions using large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and other generative techniques. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable GenAI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, fine-tune, and optimize large language models and multimodal generative models (text, image, voice, code).
• Develop end-to-end GenAI pipelines, including data preparation, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and model-customization techniques.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into products and internal workflows through APIs and microservices.
• Conduct experiments to improve model quality, reduce hallucination, and enhance performance and safety.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Engineering, UX, Security) to deliver GenAI solutions aligned with business goals.
• Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, transformers, diffusion models, and responsible AI practices.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.
