We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives in a fast-paced and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and hands-on experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems.

This role requires exceptional leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects while aligning engineering teams with business goals.

🧠 Key Responsibilities (Detailed):

• Lead and oversee end-to-end SDLC processes, ensuring timely delivery of engineering projects.

• Implement Agile Project Management practices, conduct sprint planning, retrospectives & backlog prioritization.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and product teams to ensure clarity, productivity, and alignment.

• Drive multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously with strong time management and execution focus.

• Manage AEM-based development projects, ensuring scalable and efficient content management workflows.

• Work closely with AI/ML teams to support integration of intelligent automation, predictive models & innovative features.

• Analyze risks, resolve blockers, and communicate project progress to leadership and stakeholders.

• Optimize processes, improve documentation, and ensure best practices across engineering teams.

• Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Track KPIs, manage project budgets, and ensure overall project quality and performance.

🎯 Required Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in Engineering or Technical Project Management.

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

• 5–10 years of experience in Time Management, multi-project handling, and delivery excellence.

• 2–5 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

• 2–5 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects, tools, or implementation workflows.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, innovation-focused environment.

✨ Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with project dashboards, analytics tools & performance metrics.

• Technical understanding of APIs, data pipelines, cloud platforms, or AI architecture.

• Certification in PMP, Agile, CSM, or equivalent.

• Experience working with distributed or global engineering teams.
