Role: Blue Yonder TMS Consultant (SaaS)

Summary

Seeking an experienced Blue Yonder WMS/TMS Consultant with strong supply chain domain knowledge and hands-on experience in DSaaS environments. Must be proficient in functional and technical configuration, production support, and end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Blue Yonder WMS/TMS applications.
• Lead business process analysis, solution design, and deployment.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and analyze trace files.
• Support integrations, workflow configuration, and transaction customization (Inbound/Outbound).
• Prepare documentation, run workshops, and deliver user training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and customer teams to deliver solutions.
• Ensure best practices in WMS/TMS flows: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, WMS, TMS, and logistics processes.
• Hands-on experience with BY versions: 2007, 8.2, 2017, and above.
• Proficiency in MOCA, SQL, BY tables, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in production support and support projects.
• Knowledge of BY Integrator, RF, and workflow configuration.

Preferred

• Blue Yonder Certification (WMS/TMS).
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
