Role: Service Desk Analyst
Location: Queens Village, NY
Competencies: IT Service Desk - 4-6+ years’ experience
Role Description:
Experience in End user Devices Support (Desktops, Laptops, Mobile Devices, Printers, Scanners)
Possesses a good knowledge of network devices like routers, switches, Wireless Access points and firewalls
Experience in handling Incidents through an ITSM platform and actioning it.
Able to work in 24 x 7 shifts on a rotational basis
Strong analytical and deductive skills
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact across multiple disciplines
Mobility to walk around the Airport terminal (only 1 Site) inspecting devices and report issues.
Experience in Creating and maintaining documentation manuals required for the job
Ability to carry equipment like Laptops Desktops Cables and install at a place of requirement
