Role Description:
· Support Day 1 readiness by ensuring secure connectivity, identity continuity, and infrastructure stability for CYBR employees within the PANW environment.
· Maintain functionality of identity platforms (Okta, PingID) implement SSOfederation for cross-org apps.
· Establish secure network connectivity (VPNDirect Connect) between PANW and CYBR. Ensure CYBR laptops and office ITAV infrastructure are Day 1 ready.
· Support ITSM setup and escalation paths for CYBR users. Maintain CYBRs DevOps pipelines and cloud environments without disruption.
Essential Skills:
· 4 to 7 years in infrastructure or IT operations. Experience with identity management, enterprise networking, and cloud platforms. Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
