Job Description

Role: Oracle Customer Care and Billing Senior Architect

Location: San Francisco, CA

 

We are seeking an Oracle Customer Care and Billing Senior Architect with 8 or more years of experience to lead the design of scalable, secure CCB solutions, including defining overall architecture and integration with other enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Provide technical governance, define best practices for the use of Oracle technologies, and ensure the solution meets security, performance, and data governance standards.
Provide oversight for CCB configuration, customization, and extensions, ensuring they align with the overall architecture.
Work with cutover, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end readiness and a successful deployment.
Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks, provide expert-level diagnostics and performance tuning, and support the system during and after go-live.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of testing outcomes, workflows, and issue resolutions
Lead design workshops and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders to align CCB solutions with business requirements and objectives.
